Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing using Prosoft for approximately 500 headcounts on timely and accurate basis (2 payrun per month)
- Verify expenses, claims, allowances, overtime etc.
- Preparation of monthly payroll and headcount reconciliations & variance analysis
- Maintain documentation and ensure timely and accurate submissions of payroll, CPF, clearance of Income tax, and IR21 for respective statutory filing within the stipulated deadlines
- Administering salaries’ payout to Leavers and New Hires
- Implement changes to the payroll system and procedures
- Prepare related payroll reports for Finance, Department Managers and Auditors
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management / Accounting or any other relevant certifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll administration
- Knowledge of Prosoft & QuickHR will be an advantage, preferably with payroll system implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act and IRAS
