Facilities Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. To assist Facility and Maintenance team on the day-to-day troubleshooting of electrical and equipment faults.
2. To check, ensure and verify work done by contractors.
3. To be able to do hands-on work on new installations.
4. To carry out daily work activities given by supervisor or seniors.
5. To standby & provide electrical support to Building Facilities Maintenance section on all electrical ad hoc jobs or emergency after working hours.

Job Requirements

1. At least 'N' or 'O' levels, NITEC in Electrical or basic Electrician certificate.
2. Proficient and literacy in basic English.
3. At least 2 to 3 years working experience in office building and warehouse maintenance.
4. Basic industrial safety knowledge
5. Industrial 'hands-on' experience in Mechanical & Electrical background will be an added advantage.
6. Able to work long hours and handling contractors.
7. Good to have scissor / forklift license, working-at-height (WAH) trained and basic IT knowledge.
8. Good learning attitude, safety awareness and teamwork.
9. Committed, takes initiative and able to work independently.
10. Willingness to learn new skills.
11. Able to standby in case of emergency call back during odd hours.

• Working hours: Mon-Fri, Alt Sat from 8.45am to 5.45pm
• Company transport provided from Boon Lay MRT.
