Jobscope:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource, administrative and building facility functions of the organization and group
- Lead and implement corporate projects in line with business strategies
- Work closely with business leaders on organizational change management, employee issues and sustainability
- Support and align growth and development of people to meet the business needs and challenges
- Ensure company policies and procedures and adhered to and keep up to date
- Attend and response to government workforce initiatives
- Spearhead CSR activities
- Chair Management and RA meeting
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of HR/ Admin managerial experience with business partnering and change management skills/experience, preferably from retail industry
- Strategic HR competencies required include Talent Management, Leadership Development, time Management, Succession Planning and Coaching
- The successful candidate is proactive , independent and possess strong leadership, project management, influential and business skills with integrity.
