Job Description
- Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth operations of all IT and AV systems, procedures and processes.
- Project Management: Executive approved IT plans and projects efficiently.
- Vendor Relations: Managing suppliers and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which includes managing RFQ and negotiating with vendors.
- Process Improvement: Assess application and process enhancement needs.
- IT Compliance and Governance: Maintain and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and IT policies, while also staying ahead to guarantee the timely renewal of IT contracts.
- Security and Disaster Recovery: Oversee IT infrastructure maintenance and enhance information security measures.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Biligual in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact professionally with all levels.
- Highly motivated with the ability to promptly address IT issues.
- Willing to acquire new technological skills to support our organization's IT digitalisation program.
- Independent as well as a good team player with good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work within a time frame with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work on weekday evenings, weekends, and irregular working hours
