FORBELL is looking at appointing a Recruitment Manager who will be working with the Principal and Admission team in recruiting of teaching and non-teaching staffs as well as Admissions Counsellor in prospecting, nurturing, and closing prospective leads, and onboarding new students.
Key Responsibilities:
HR- Recruitment Specialist
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, resume screenings, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments and offer to management.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job requirements and descriptions.
· Assist to manage the day to day HR process
Admission Counsellor
· Enquiry management – quick and appropriate response to inbound enquiries via website, emails, telephone, zoom calls and walk-ins.
· Timely and pro-active follow-ups on all leads to convert them into engaged prospects and finally long-term customers.
· Working with the finance team, marketing team, academic team, operations team, and all other relevant internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the admissions department.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferably Human resource with counselling background
· At least 2 years of recruitment experience, would be preferred.
· At least 2 years of experience in the education industry in admissions and working with students for international schools.
· Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
