Practice Development
- To help Dragon Rouge build a strong Strategy & Innovation
practice in Southeast Asia. This includes: identifying potential
opportunities, writing proposals, pitching and delivering high
calibre strategy/innovation solutions for clients.
- These solutions may include anything that helps a client to grow
their business: customer/category insight, generation, trends
analysis, market/segment strategy proposition development,
brand strategy (positioning, messaging, attributes,
architecture/portfolio), product innovation, service innovation,
business model innovation, channel innovation, customer
experience innovation, employee engagement, digital strategy,
communications strategy and planning, creative strategy
- You will be expected to work with research partners and lead
client workshops and sessions with consumer/customers/
employees/partners to glean insights and test/validate solutions.
Client Advisory
- You will be expected to build strong relationships with clients
and become their trusted advisor for strategy and innovation.
Collaboration
- You will be expected to collaborate with the creative team on
brand design, new products/service/platform naming & design,
packaging design and communications/activation/digital design.
- You will further collaborate with other regional and global offices
when required for new business or cross-market client
deliverables.
Team Building
- You will help to develop the strategist who will report to you.
This includes coaching/mentoring, training, growth planning,
evaluation and talent recruitment.
