Job Description:
1. Support FP&A/Product Control team in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management reports (month-end closing):
- Extraction and reconciliation of information from various data sources
- Transformation of data into reports through computations and compilation of Excel workbooks and uploading to financial systems
- Execution of cost allocations
- Monitor group performance and conduct variance analysis with insightful commentary to facilitate decision making
- Build and maintenance of dashboards
- Coordinate responses to stakeholder
2. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget exercise
3. Business Partnership: Gain an in-depth understanding of businesses, provide support services to businesses 4. on their financial P&L
4. Support adhoc projects
5. Assist to identify process bottlenecks and support workflow process improvement
6. Assist in the development of financial database and reports through the use of BI tools
7. Participate in FP&A system implementation
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Accounting / Business / Finance or equivalent
- Knowledge of audit, general finance, accounting and management reporting
- Ability to work under tight timeline and be highly meticulous with numbers
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders across the organization and with senior management
- Advanced Excel spreadsheets skill with ability to work on big/multiple databases
- Prior working experience in FP&A (including experience with data analytics / reporting software such as IBM Planning Analytics, Anaplan, Thinkcell or Power BI) would be highly advantageous
