Key Responsibilities:
- Legal advice on diverse local and cross-border projects, involving M&A/JV deals, partnerships, financing operations, data privacy, and corporate matters.
- Independently manage complex and BAU legal matters, and alongside team members.
- Liaise with and coordinate external counsels.
Key Requirements:
- Law degree from a recognised institution, with circa 10 PQE.
- A strategic and pragmatic approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven track record, managing both complex and routine matters.
- Enthusiasm for guiding team members and training stakeholders.
- Comfortable and adaptable with range of technological tools.
- Mandarin proficiency would be well regarded, though not required.
