Our client is from the Retail Industry. They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to assist their team in the next phase of their business. They are located in They are located at East – easily accessible.
Responsibility:
- Handle AR Non-Retail and Non-Trade collections and reconciliation.
- Conduct bank statement reconciliation and prepare related reports.
- Create collections and process refunds on the back end.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) Retail Sales, including the collection and reconciliation process.
- Manage various schedules and deadlines.
- Submit sales-related documentation.
- Perform additional responsibilities, such as preparing general ledger journal entries, creating audit schedules, and updating foreign exchange (FOREX) data.
- Complete any other assigned ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ACCA
- Min 2 to 3 years of finance and accounting experience
- Intermediate/advanced level of competency in Microsoft Excel
