Job Responsibilities

· Handle full spectrum of HR functions which include recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management and employee compensation & benefits.

· Work closely with management to promote good industrial relations, improve the working conditions of workmen and to achieve the raising of productivity for the benefit of the whole company.

· Handle employee grievances and maintain employee morale and satisfaction through communication and feedback, provide coaching to business heads to address employees issues

· Work with business unit heads to review manpower plans and determine appropriate recruitment strategies and schedules.

· End-to-end recruitment and selection based on business units’ requirement on various job openings e.g. interview, short listing, profiling and fulfilment.

· Conduct salary benchmarking exercise and recommend salary levels and benefits that are aligned with changes in market conditions.

· Ensure all packages and benefits are legal and maintain close contact and keep abreast on market trends, compensation and benefits best practises.

· Prepare and propose annual performance review, annual increment and performance bonus exercises.

· Prepare forthcoming year HR budget.

· Advises Management on critical HR matters, such as changes in labour market and government policies and industry practices.

· Work collaboratively with Business Heads to develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.

· Supervise & coordinate general office administrative functions.


Job Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist

· Competent in full HR spectrum ranging from compensation and benefits, organisational development, recruitment and talent management

· Resilient and strong in people influencing skills

· Ability to analyse the needs of the company and develop, implement new HR programs and policies

· Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin to liaise with China HQ ad mandarin speaking only personnel. Singaporean is preferred.
