Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant at Ban yew , you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring that day-to-day tasks are carried out seamlessly. Your ability to multitask, attention to detail, and effective communication skills will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring an organized and well-stocked office environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and support the planning of company events and meetings.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with special projects and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Knowledge of office equipment and basic bookkeeping is a plus.
