Responsibilities：
- Responsible for the establishment of analytical laboratories in Southeast Asia.
- Responsible for the daily analysis work of the analytical laboratory.
- Quickly master analysis methods and be able to provide analytical support to the Southeast Asia team.
- Responsible to lead comprehensive analysis project, including coating defects root course finding and foreign chemicals or polymers identification.
- Communicate with other regional laboratories on analytical work and maintain cooperation and exchanges between laboratories.
- Lab management and analysis work management.
Requirement：
- PhD in Chemistry/ Polymer /Material Science/ Analytical Chemistry.
- Academic knowledge of organic chemistry and polymer science. experiences in coating analysis, experiences in organic synthesis and polymer synthesis.
- Familiar with analytical instruments.
- Open minded team player, good attitude and honest in work, Willing to learn.
- PC skills: E-mail, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power point, etc.
- Able to read and communicate in Mandarin to liaise with China counterpart
