Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:

Providing strategic and financial guidance to ensure that the company's financial commitments are met

Analyse the financial climate and market trends to assist senior management executives in creating forecast and strategic plans for the future, that may include expansion and acquisition, both in Singapore and regional.

Conduct analysis of financial risks and benefits on business initiatives. Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks, seeking out methods and practices to minimise financial risk

leads FP&A to ensure that senior management business decisions are supported by quality data and analysis.

Partner with CEO and senior management executives to meet investors, analysts and shareholders to build confidence in the company and update them on financial performance.

Contract auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date

Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking institutions and accountants

Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company.

Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation

Assist in company-wide budgetary planning to ensure that all financial targets are met and financial and statutory regulations complied with.

Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department, working closely with department heads to ensure that income and expenditures remain within target.

Maintain control over all financial transactions and take responsibility for managing the company’s liquidity, ensuring that it always has access to cash and sources of credit.

Prepare timely and detailed financial assessments and generate reports on financial performance and results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed

Responsible for the leadership, training and development, results and success of the finance department.

Carry out all necessary actions to ensure that the company meets its financial and legal obligations.

Key Requirements:

Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred); CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.

At least 15 years of excellent track record in financial management and commercial experience

In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and business principles, laws and best practices.

Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.

Superior attention to detail, impeccable mathematics and analytical skills
