Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our ambitious revenue generation. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, cultivating client relationships, and encouraging cross-functional collaboration. As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and shaping the future success of our company.
This is an individual contributor position.
This role reports to the Head of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Work with the colleague and other internal stakeholders to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide strategic direction to drive results.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives, and position our SaaS solutions as the ideal fit.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to the executive team. Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align strategies, communicate customer feedback, and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Market Insights: Gather insights from the market and clients to provide valuable input into product development and innovation. Contribute to the refinement of our SaaS offerings based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Integrity, high energy and a team player
- Proven track record of at least 4 years in SaaS sales
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Previous Start-up experience would be advantageous.
- Construction, Procurement or Financial experience would be advantageous
