Job Responsibilities:
➢ Manage monthly closing for timely reporting
➢ Review and improve works performed by subordinates
➢ Handle banking and treasury transactions
➢ Liaise with subsidiaries, bankers, tax agent and auditors
➢ Preparation of Group accounts and analysis of Group performance
➢ Manage audit and tax matters of the Group
➢ Review forecasts prepared by subsidiaries and prepare group budget
➢ Assist in all financial related matters and any ad hoc projects
Job Requirements:
➢ Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Preferably has past working experience with public accounting firm and/or Singapore listed company
➢ Hands on experience with SAP Business One and/or MYOB
➢ Proficient in Microsoft applications
➢ Well-versed with existing and proposed accounting standards, regulatory requirements and taxation ➢Resourceful, independent yet able to work as a team, meticulous and with strong analytical skills
➢ Strong leadership with good interpersonal and business communication skills
➢ 5 days week
