Position:

We are looking for a director level position for our Singapore Office.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.

2. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions to expand the company's offerings and market presence.

3. Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and professional development.

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.

5. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive innovation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

6. Drive product development and enhancement initiatives to meet customer needs and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

7. Monitor and analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and potential risks.

8. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the fintech industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of insurance, fintech products, services, and market trends.

4. Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive business growth and profitability.

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

8. Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to the fintech industry.

9. Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

10. High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior.
