- Provide Product Failure Analysis for warranty, assembly plant returns and line pulls
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Participate in cost reduction initiatives
- Identify root causes of product problems correctly and timely.
- Analyse low test yield problems swiftly.
- Verify and analyse customer returns accurately & timely.
- Work with the people in other disciplines to resolve product problem
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)
- Diploma in Engineering (Electrical)
- NTC/ITC with 3 years’ relevant experience
- Product failure analytical skills
- Experience in measurement and failure analysis equipment
- Problem solving skills
