Job Description
- Conduct feasibility studies for potential hotel management deals, partake in work relating to bidding or tendering process, including market research and underwriting of each potential project including critical market and competitive data, tracking and establishing pickup trends, occupancy history, and provide recommendations to management
- Conduct market research and generate investment and development leads through contacts with developers, lending institutions, independent hotel operators, hotel brokers, hotel consultants and government tourism bodies, track new projects pipeline, maintain both deal and contact databases
- Develop financial projections, presentations, proposals and pitch materials in connection to each business development opportunity and work with various internal stakeholders to prepare proposals, including hotel operations and technical services team
- Work with the team to develop and implement business development strategies to grow the business and secure new hotel management contracts
Requirement
Minimum 2 – 4 years’ of working experience in either an analyst, associate or consultancy role in a hospitality or real estate related field.
