AsiaOne is looking for candidates who have experience in digital advertising solutions and driving sales to advertisers and their agencies at all hierarchical levels. You will work with both existing and prospecting clients and be responsible for their long-term growth.
Our ideal candidate will have a good breadth of sales experience, preferably within the local digital media space. A consultative selling style is desired, coupled with the structure and organizational skills needed to build trust in a new business environment. Eligibility Criteria:
- 2-3 years in a Digital Media Sales role
Responsibilities:
- Drive digital advertising growth with Agencies and Clients
- Sell integrated digital solutions across content, video, display, and social
- Own and hit/exceed personal sales targets within assigned industries/sectors
- Work with the campaign manager to monitor campaign performance to ensure success metrics are met
- Enthusiastic team player, able to collaborate with colleagues across different functions and business units
Requirements:
- Highly organised with strong analytical ability and adaptable to changes
- Operates as a dynamic "hunter" and demand generator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful, and self-motivated with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of driving new business growth
- Independent worker and able to work under tight deadlines
- Preferred experience in media sales, digital media, media advertising, and content marketing
