- Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, workers and suppliers.
- Monitor construction/renovation progress, identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise on-site.
- Ensure everyone on site comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, owners and all relevant parties and authorities to ensure project runs smoothly and objectives are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
- Daily briefing /reminders to workers and sub-contractors either the evening before or in the morning before work start on the work to be done and the progress that needs to be met for the day.
- Assists in purchasing materials and tools at times and help fetch workers from site to site when necessary
- Prepare progress reports and communicate daily work progress updates to the Director.
