Job Details:
• Salary is $3,500 + Fixed allowance $150 + Monthly & Quarterly Commission
• Working days/hours – Mon to Fri / 9AM to 6:30PM
• Working Location: Changi Business Park
• AL: 25 Days
• 1 Month of training is provided
Responsibilites:
• Foster and enhance relationships with customers, with a focus on products to complement the customers' existing portfolio
• Achieve channel bancassurance targets in partnership segments through telemarketing and referrals
• Achieve sales target set out by business
• Handle assigned Client list/ base and focus on establishing higher contacts to maximize penetraton
• Correspond with customers through phone, e-mails, fax and/ or other electronic communicaLons
• Handle customers’ enquiries and/or objecLons with confidence
• Collect customer informaLon as needed to serve client and close sales
• Closure and wrap up done as per set standards
• Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfilment
• Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across partner bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in leber and spirit, all applicable laws, regulaLons, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
Requirements:
• Min a Local Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Relevant experience in telemarketing with a track record in sales is a plus.
