PUBLIC RELATIONS EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
· Establish and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders living/working near to construction site
· Prepare the Public Relations program and plan to be reviewed by the Manager and for onward submission to the client for approval.
· Handle public inquiries, complaints, and feedback
· Provide a hotline for the public to feedback
· Examine and take immediate action for any inconvenience to the public caused by the construction works
· Co-ordinate Project Briefings for LTA, project team and stakeholders. Prepare correspondence letters, newsletters, circulars and notices to residents and stakeholders
· Prepare monthly reports, current engagement reports, and engagement programmes for clients (LTA)
· Perform site walks, house-to-house visits to residential areas
· PR administrative work
Requirements:
· Possess Degree in Communication/Marketing or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
· Preferable having experience in LTA project
· Good interpersonal skills, proactive and independent
· Possess strong analytical skills and attentive to details
