They are seeking experienced portfolio managers proficient in quantitative strategies aiming for Asian markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop quantitative trading strategies that enhance trading signals and decision-making processes.
- Craft and refine investment strategies, focusing on optimal portfolio allocation and asset investment proportions to drive consistent performance.
- Implement and iterate on high-frequency trading models, ensuring they are robust and responsive to market dynamics.
- Continuously backtest strategies to evaluate their efficacy, making data-driven adjustments to maximize returns.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PHD in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative trading or a related area.
- Proficiency in Python, R, C++, or other programming languages.
- Experience in applying machine learning methods in actual trading scenarios.
- Familiarity with various financial products and their market mechanisms, including stocks, bonds, futures, options, etc.
- Strong data analysis and risk management abilities.
- Ability to make decisions in a rapidly changing market environment.
- Good team player with excellent communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest research in financial models and algorithmic trading.
