Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Executive Chef to deliver quality food to all guest
- Demonstrate understanding of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen for junior chefs
- Ensure all food production achieve or beyond satisfactory level
- Assist Chef in exercising cost control to minimize wastage of resources
- Proper production and presentation of food items
- Train and lead junior chefs on daily operation
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Chef
Job Requirements:
- A professional education certificate in Culinary Arts/F&B Management related field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role with Fine dining/Michelin restaurant
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge in different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Good communication skills, meticulous, and a team player
Other Information:
- Location: Central
- 5 days work week, Restaurant operating hours
- Salary up to $3500 (depends on experience) + Meal allowance + Bonus
