Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist the project manager to roll out the hospital’s value-based healthcare (VBHC) initiatives, including administrative support and liaising with various stakeholders.
- Prepare statistics, reports, and charts for dissemination to various stakeholders.
- Assist with the collection, storage, and analysis of department and hospital data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to streamline department operations, and to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Handle finance claims and budget with project manager’s guidance.
- Attend and record minutes of department & various workgroup meetings.
- Contribute and support hospital-wide projects, as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- A basic degree (preferably in computing, business, mathematics, statistics or analytics).
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital setting.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Can work independently and under pressure
- Strong work ethics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Prior hands-on experience in data mining, data management, data modeling, data visualisation, healthcare-related analytics will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in predictive analytics and proficiency with using R/Python, SPSS, STATA and Tableau will be an advantage.
