Key Responsibilities
- Handle Administrative duties
- Basic accounting task
- Liaising with both customers as well as internal staff
- Receiving and handling of emails
- Able to record & compile reports
- Able to learn how to use the required software to enter data
- Other tasks and ad-hoc projects as and when needed.
- Responsive to changing priorities and able to handle varying tasks simultaneously
Job Requirements
- Singaporean/PR
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level and above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative work
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
