If successfully selected, candidate will be deployed in local MOE schools.

Contract Period: 01 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024.
Options to extend the contract : 01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025(subject to good performance)
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 9:00pm to 6:00pm (30 minutes lunch break)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform simple administrative duties in the General Office.
- Provide frontline customer services support / answer telephone calls and enquiries.
- Assist in admission matters of local & international students.
- Updating of staff records.
- Data entry and filing
- Attend to students’ needs
- Collate data / feedback & survey of school events as and when required.
- Assist in school events.
- Any other job assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Certificate in Office Skills or Certificate in Business Studies (Accounting) or Higher Nitec/ Nitec in Office Skills, Accounting or Business-related disciplines, or GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ Level certificate or the equivalent of ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations), ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5.
- Must be able to converse in English.
- Knowledge of computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Preferably with relevant working experience in educational institutes/schools.
