This advertisement is for Administrative Support Service.


If successfully selected, candidate will be deployed in local MOE schools.

Only Singaporeans and PR apply.


Contract Period: 01 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024.

Options to extend the contract : 01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025(subject to good performance)


Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 9:00pm to 6:00pm (30 minutes lunch break)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform simple administrative duties in the General Office.
  • Provide frontline customer services support / answer telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Assist in admission matters of local & international students.
  • Updating of staff records.
  • Data entry and filing
  • Attend to students’ needs
  • Collate data / feedback & survey of school events as and when required.
  • Assist in school events.
  • Any other job assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Certificate in Office Skills or Certificate in Business Studies (Accounting) or Higher Nitec/ Nitec in Office Skills, Accounting or Business-related disciplines, or GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ Level certificate or the equivalent of ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations), ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5.
  • Must be able to converse in English.
  • Knowledge of computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Preferably with relevant working experience in educational institutes/schools.
