Royal Interiors is a high-end contemporary design retail store. We are embarking on an expansion phase. Hence, we are looking for people to come join us as part of the Retail sales team. The candidate we are looking for should be a self-starter, highly motivated and have a friendly disposition and the natural ability to relate with clients.
The person should be hardworking and committed. Has a passion for design. Be proactive and adopt a hands-on approach in providing solutions for customers’ requirements.
Main tasks
· To manage Retail Sales responsibilities and develop business relationship with the architect and design community to promote our brands
· To achieve monthly sales targets
· Follow through with client orders and be proactive with customer service
· Upkeep of showroom and display items
Requirements:
· At least 3 years of working experience preferably in the furniture industry.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills to relate with all levels of people.
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be customer service focus
· Proficient in MS Office
