Job Responsibilities:
- Handles enquiries (phone calls and emails)
- Handles administrative duties (e.g. assist in data entry and filing)
- Provides administrative and logistic support during workshops and events
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Education level - NITEC and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Problem solver, independent & able to work with little supervision
- Meticulous, with good attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work done
- Able to serve English and Mandarin-speaking clients
