ASSISTANT MEMBERSHIP SERVICES EXECUTIVE (Partnerships Marketing)

– 2-Year Contract


HQ, SAFRA Mount Faber


The Assistant Membership Services Executive (Partnerships Marketing) will be part of the team spearheading partnerships with merchants (including online) to provide lifestyle and entertainment privileges to our members. This role supports the organisation’s membership targets and achieving desired customer satisfaction among members.


Key responsibilities include:


· Secure exclusive promotions and privileges to meet members’ needs and implement new initiatives through digital platforms to drive members’ engagement.

· Responsible for the recruitment and administration of SAFRA Travel Club interest group that includes marketing and managing the in-house booking system of holiday facilities for members’ bookings, devising promotional plans to drive acquisition/renewals, marketing campaigns and handles day-to-day members’ queries on holiday facilities via phone/email.

· Work closely with respective stakeholders to plan and execute multi-channel tactical promotions and campaigns, drive awareness to communicate the benefits to members across all publicity channels and ensuring communication materials are delivered effectively on a timely basis.

· Assist to manage volunteers and internal stakeholders to provide administrative support for the monthly SAFRA Legal Information Sessions, and ensure timely implementation of required updates.

· Work closely with internal stakeholders including IT, Audit and DPO to provide support to the Partnerships team in enhancing work processes through technology and ensuring day-to-day processes are executed in compliance to audit and Personal Data guidelines.

· Generate monthly reports and presentation slides for management meetings.

· Ensure that all administration is done in an accurate and timely manner as per SOPs and support the team in the logistics of events such as movie events or major recruitment talks/roadshows, minutes taking for key meetings and other ad-hoc duties as tasked.

· Manage the inventory documentation to keep track of the department’s list of vouchers/prizes.

· Provide timely response to members’ enquiries and feedback received through emails/social media platforms.


Requirements:


· Minimum Diploma holder

· At least two years of working experience in consumer/membership related organisations.

· Experience in securing promotional tie ups with partners and ability to foster/build strong relationships.

· Articulate and meticulous with good communication and presentation skills

· Strong organizational and follow-up skills

· Self-motivated, possess initiative and keen sense of accountability

· Knowledge of social media and direct marketing campaigns

· Ability to understand business needs and leverage on technology-enabled systems to drive work improvement processes is an added advantage.

· Able to work independently, as well as part of a team and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Retail / bank marketing experience in securing promotional tie-ups with partners and organising events is preferred.
