Responsibilities:
- Assists in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
- Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification
- Liaises with site engineers to ensure a smoothly workflow
- Conducts M&E coordination meeting
- Schedules and monitor M&E work progress
- Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination
- Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineer or equivalent
- Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Familiar with construction site activities
- Co-ordinate, liaise & communicate with people of all levels
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building construction
- Able to work under tight schedules
