Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management Support:
- Assist in cleaning up and maintaining an accurate inventory database of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, peripherals, and other technology-related items.
- Collaborate with the Data Center Manager and Finance to keep inventory records up to date.
2. Asset Tracking:
- Tracking the lifecycle of IT assets, from delivery to decomissioned.
- Clean up existing asset list of up to 2800 items.
- Mapping the Asset list with IT inventory.
- Asset Tagging of all IT assets.
- To find missing assets if any.
