Job description
A leading International Business team in the financial industry is looking for a Sales Support Administrator cum PA. Prefer someone who can start immediately. Travelling required.
Responsibility
- Follow up with the Manager's clients to prepare contracts and documents
- Advise the client professionally should they need more information about the processes
- Process the documentations promptly
- Promptly update the manager on the progress of the proposal
- Travel with the Manager when required (about 30%)
Requirements
- CMFAS ready, including BCP, PGI and HI
- General insurance experience is a plus
- Good time management
- Able to work independently and as a good team player
