DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Resident Engineer to provide standing supervision for all major structural works.
- Responsible for implementing and sustaining site supervisor quality and safety assurance system.
- Supervise/inspect structural, architectural and M&E works and liaise with consultants. To witness testing and commissioning of M&E services for handover.
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
- Candidates must have HDB experiences, at least 5 years of site working experience in supervision of structural, architectural and WSH works is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent in Civil & Structural Engineering/NCSS in Structural/Civil Trades.
- Must have practical experience in full-time supervision of building Mechanical & Electrical services in local construction sites.
- Preferably candidates specialising in Architecture/Interior Design works.
- Good organisational skills and familiarity with MS Office to assist the RE to generate weekly/monthly reports Conversant with Building Control Act and Authority Regulations.
- Must be well-versed in architectural detailing, fixtures & finishes.
- Registered with BCA.
