Document Controller (Legal System)

Job Description

• Set up a system of records and administration of all companies.

• Manage and maintain original documents, Incorporation certificates, share certificates, Declaration of trusts etc.

• Knows/familiar with drafting of various resolution i.e. incorporation, change of directors/secretary, establishment of bank accounts and facilities, striking off, etc.

• Maintains and update the statutory records of the companies.

• Set up, maintains and update document information using our in-house database system, i.e. Documentum as part of Knowledge Management

• Management of all bank transactions and all correspondence related to these companies

• Manage all communication with internal clients, overseas colleagues, banks, authorities etc. on matters relating to internal clients’ requirement.

• File Annual Returns.

• Annual compliance work that includes filing of necessary statutory forms.

• Act and provide company secretary work for Companies registered in country of operation.


Requirements

• Min. Degree in Law or Business or its equivalent.

• At least 7-8 years of relevant experience

• Highly adaptable and good team player

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer focus, and an ability to provide advice on all aspects of corporate governance and corporate secretarial issues.
