Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily HR operations
- Perform HR administration tasks such as p-files, employment contracts, staff off-boarding, exit interviews, WICA administration etc.
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll independently, timely and accurately accordingly to set payroll timeline
- Monitor timely submission of all timesheet submission for overtime and incentives payment
- Prepare and submit various claim types – NSman make-up pay claim, government-paid leave schemes
- Prepare and submit CPF contributions, IR8A, IR8E, IR21, foreign employees tax clearance
- Liaise with respective outlets on payroll related matters.
- Work pass management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- At least 1 year of experience
