Responsibilities
1. Manage large amounts of phone calls ( servicing, repairs and Demo )
2. Admin work ( prepare paperwork for issue of spare parts, scheduling servicing jobs and quotations)
3. Issuing of Spare parts to the service team .
4. Manage and monitor Spare parts stock in the Warehouse / Showroom
5. Prepare items for client who comes to self collect.
6. Arrange delivery for parts for ninja van to collect.
7. Offer simple Troubleshooting methods client’s faulty appliances.
8. Handle Client’s complains
9. Follow up with Client quotation for spare parts and servicing
10. Ordering of Spare Parts.
11. Generate Sales Leads (Replacement for appliances too old for servicing)
12. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts & file documents.
