Job Description:
To manage internal reward and recognition programmes.
To manage application of external and national awards.
To help develop and support strategy and framework for employees
To achieve total workplace safety, health and wellness. To plan and conduct employee health screening and monitor employee health indicators.
To support the Total Workplace Safety and Health Steering Committee
To support Peer Support Programme to support workplace mental health.
To support the formation and functioning of the employee health & wellness committee.
To plan and manage employee health & wellness calendar of events.
To monitor participation rates and effectiveness of safety, health & wellness activities.
To formulate and monitor the budget for engagement, rewards and recognition and health and wellness programmes.
Any other duties as assigned
