Working days: Mon to Fri
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Working location: Defu Lane
Basic Salary : $2500 - $3500 based on experience


Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, dispatching of mails, ordering of stationery supplies and scheduling maintenance checks on office equipment.
  • Attend to incoming calls and enquiries.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in matters involving patient/ customer care.
  • Assist in collecting payment
  • Issue invoices and follow up Payment, weekly report of payment update
  • Filing for documents
  • Support Payroll for full time & Part Time Staff.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and workplace organization at all times.
  • Initiates and drives continuous improvements in own work area on regular basis.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned.


Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Accounting
  • Payroll and account receivable experience
