JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle general admin tasks assigned by management
- Assist HR to compile documents for workers
- Prepare and manage staff attendance
- Provide clerical & administration support to project team/project manager
- Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
- Consolidating workers time card keying in accurate data on Excel
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
JOB REQUIREMENT
- GCE 'N' level or higher
- Minimum 2 years' experience in main contractor compaines or similar
- Experiences on worker working pass application
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess positive attitude towards work and team oriented
- Able to start working in a short notice period
- 5 days work week
