Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist, and deputise for, the Operations Manager in the smooth daily activities of the central kitchen, workflow and worker schedules
- Strengthen profitability, maintaining food quality and upholding good service standard
- Responsible for managing a team of operations workers
- Responsible for operations, manpower planning, scheduling and quality service
- Responsible for enforcing hygiene & safety requirements
- Enforcing of Rules & Regulations, company policies and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are being followed.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Proficient in verbal Mandarin and/or Malay
- Highly motivated self-starter, takes initiative
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to exercise good judgement and sound decision making
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in F&B industry is an added advantage
- Degree holder
