Job Title: Order Process Coordinator (Contract Staff-6 month renewal) (ID1433)
Location: Tuas, Islandwide transport pick up
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am – 5pm
Salary: $2500-$3000
Job Description
• Verify and endorse purchase orders and process sales orders
• Issue Delivery Order & Invoice
• Local purchase for re-sale, payment request, follow up payment and etc
• Support day to day operations of the Sales & Admin Operations Department
• Administration duties such as general filing, logistics documentations & shipments arrangement with local & overseas forwarders
• Generating reports, tracking sales data, and managing communication with customers.
• Answering customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer complaints or issues.
• Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure that the customer's needs are met.
• Preparing and maintaining sales support documentation such as sales reports, presentations, and customer records. This includes ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Processing sales orders and ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and in compliance
• with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinating with the inventory department to manage stock levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring that all products are available when required.
• Performing various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
• Perform other related duties as required
Requirement:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in administration and sales coordination
• Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative and be a team player
• Good interpersonal skills and meticulous
• Good attention to details and organizing skills
• Proficient in verbal and written in English and Chinese to be able to process sales orders and interact with Chinese speaking customers effectively
