Job Responsibilities :
· Provides advanced technical applications expertise and advice to business users, project teams, and other support teams.
· Ensure end-to-end understanding of Business Processes and systems solutions
· Provides assigned application solutions and set-ups that support the Biogen business processes where possible.
· Lead projects and manage requirements development, functional design, and Technical Design
· Provide recommendations on Technology solutions to address business needs
· Configure and test ASP Dot Net, Android, and IOS applications: Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse Management, TMS, PDH, etc.,
· Identifies gaps in the application functionality and provides solutions.
· Develop and document detailed program specifications, business process models, and scenarios
· Participates in the user forums.
· Provides Conference Room Pilot (CRP) guidelines and facilitation.
· Understands required integration with other applications –ASCP, OPM, Agile PLM, etc.,
· Participates in regular project status reviews.
· Supports the implementation readiness review process.
· Engage with business stakeholders to understand the required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.
Job Qualifications :
· Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or Information Technology.
· Microsoft MCSE certification or similar.
· Past experience administering server-side technology and networked computing systems.
· Familiarity with SQL and database operations.
· Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
· Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
· Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
· Patient and professional demeanor, with a can-do attitude.
