Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring project success through seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and execute business strategies for winning projects, fostering growth and innovation.
- Keep abreast of customer technologies, managing sales inquires, costing, RFQs, negotiation and closing business deals.
- Handle technical-related issues arising from existing or new projects in a timely manner with prompt follow-ups, demonstrating agility and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build rapport and maintain close strategic business relationships with key stakeholders fostering strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Collaborate closely with our internal customer service team and functional groups to ensure suppliers' and customers’ needs eg. orders, lead-times, T&Cs, delivery, are met.
- Prepare, schedule and monitor the assigned engineering projects, contributing to their successful completion.
- Source, negotiate, and partner with new and existing suppliers to enhance our business growth.
- Collaborate with the factory to meet customer requirements through rigorous qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Manage, review, communicate, and coordinate all necessary sample submissions, ensuring our quality standards are met.
- Maintain and update internal reports and project trackers consistently
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior and Management
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- A proven track record in sales revenue
- Be open to travelling on business trips as and when required.
- Possess Class 3/3A driving license and a car.
