Salary: S$4000 – S$4500
• Actual vs. Budget Cost Variance Analysis: Analyze and explain discrepancies between actual project costs and budgeted expenses.
• Project Costing - Actual Rates, Standards, Variance Analysis, and Controls: Monitor cost standards and cost updates, analyze and report deviations, and manage cost control measures.
• Project Coordination, Budget and Forecast Processes; and KPI Reporting: Budgeting and forecast coordination and routine reporting on project KPIs.
• Reviews Capital Projects and Performs Post Project Audits; Supports Fixed Asset
• Review: Review, evaluate and summarize capital projects for financial viability, conduct post[1]project audits, and assist to work on the fixed asset list.
