Admin Assistant cum Receptionist

This advertisement is for Admin Assistant cum Receptionist.


If successfully selected, candidate will be deployed in local MOE schools.

Only Singaporeans and PR apply.


Contract Period: 02 Jan 2024 to 27 Dec 2024.

Options to extend the contract : 02 Jan 2025 to 26 Dec 2025.

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Services not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in customers, attend to pupils and their needs.
  • Filing and handling calls & enquiries.
  • Assist in the monitoring of Attendance Records of Staff and pupils.
  • Monitor early dismissal of students due to medical or other reasons.
  • Assist staff in the preparation of stores and stationery for classroom use.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties based on the Admin Department’s needs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Full GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ or Nitec certificate or its equivalent
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills in reception duties in school environment
  • Good team player with high level of initiative
