Assistant Manager, HR & Admin (Central // Budget up to $6000)

Assistant Manager, HR & Admin

  • Perform full cycle of payroll (monthly payroll processing, statutory submission and yearly employment income submission)
  • Handle expatriate payroll and income tax, administer employee attendance and leave
  • Handle Work pass processing including application, renewal and cancellation
  • Support performance management, policy and SOP drafting, implementation and review
  • Actively participate Employee engagement program
  • Administer employee benefit program
  • Maintain proper filing

Requirement

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
  • At least 3 years of hands-on relevant experience
  • Good time management
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
