Job Responsibility

1 To support Account Servicing Team in the day-to-day sales operation matters which includes servicing, co-ordinating and follow-up on job specifications to ensure 100% customers’ satisfaction.

2 Liaise with inter-departments in co-ordinating jobs in progress.

3 Responsible for the booking in and tracking of jobs and work closely with production and project operation team.

4 To ensure prompt and punctual submission and approval of all claims/reports and fulfil all areas of responsibilities as a team member.

5 To follow-up and work closely with Accounts Department in minimizing unbilled jobs, load-in jobs, overdue payment and bad debts collection.

6 Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by his/her superior.

7 Undertake and assist ad-hoc projects when required.

Customer Support

1 To handle incoming calls, sales enquiries and service walk in customers.

2 Establish and maintain good rapport and relationship with valued customers.

3 To facilitate with various departments in resolving customers’ complaints and operational issues to achieve customers’ satisfaction.

4 To assist new sales staff in jobs processing and co-ordination.

5 To work with Traffic Team in the required sales operational support.

Job Requirements (Min. Qualification / Experience, Skills, Competencies, Other requirements)

1 Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in customer service support function.

2 Positive attitude and an independent team player.

3 Have great initiative and sense of responsibility.

4 Effective multi-tasking abilities with good communication and problem solving skills.

5 Well versed with the production processes, procedures and workflow.

6 Able to work under pressure, long hours, on weekends or as and when required.

7 Abide to rules and regulations set by the Department and Company.
