- Human Resource & Operations Executive

Main Responsibilities
Human Resource portion:
- Enhance HR strategies to be in line with the company’s objectives and implement them efficiently
- Handle employee payroll (including CPF contribution), applicable leave and other staff welfare, as well as performance appraisal
- Ensure compliance with and provide guidance to management on all relevant local employment laws and regulations
- Supervise the hiring process, from recruitment to onboarding, to ensure that suitable talents are hired and set up for success
- Manage employee relations, including any internal conflicts that may arise, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Identify HR areas for improvement to build a supportive and inclusive workplace culture to better retain talents.
Operations portion:
- Review and identify gaps in the company’s current business operations and provide suitable recommendations on enhancements. This will include the planning, budgeting, forecasting and ensuring optimal use of all company resources to maintain/reduce overall operational costs through different initiatives.
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including staff, customers, suppliers and other vendors, to further business objectives.
- To also develop and carry out various new business operational plans in partnership with the management so as to ensure that strategic goals are reached
- Perform data analysis and generate relevant tracking reports
- Handle special ad-hoc projects, based on management’s requirements
- Assist with some daily administrative matters, including order processing
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management from a reputable university
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore handling Human Resource and operational issues, with strong knowledge of both areas
- Tech-savvy and highly proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Have strong sense of own initiative, highly independent and resourceful
- Meticulous with great attention to details and monitoring skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to propose feasible solutions to management
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and also deal with customers/suppliers whenever necessary
