Product Manager （EV Charging Pile）

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the developed solutions meet business objectives.
2. Analyze market and business needs to identify product opportunities.
3. Capable of working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
4. Responsible for writing and maintaining product requirement documents, ensuring clarity, detail, and ease of understanding.
5. Develop product roadmaps, planning iterations and releases of new features.
6. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and product requirement documents.
7. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and quality completion of products.
8. Work with UX/UI designers to ensure product design meets user needs and business goals.
9. Partner with the technical team to ensure product design and implementation conform to technical specifications.
10. Manage product roadmaps, prioritizing feature development.
11. Monitor product development progress, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of requirements.
12. Participate in the creation of test plans, engage in product testing and validation to ensure product quality.
13. Utilize data analytics to optimize product performance and user satisfaction.
14. Gather user feedback for continuous product improvement.
15. Communicate with various departments within the company to ensure product goals align with corporate strategy.

Job Requirements:

Business analysis experience, communication skills, analytical skills, industry knowledge.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of practical experience in business analysis and product management.
3. In-depth understanding of the software development process.
4. Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts in writing and speech.
5. Deep understanding of user experience and design, with the ability to think from the user's perspective.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with various stakeholders.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex business challenges.
8. Familiarity with best practices and tools in product management.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
10. Capable of developing product strategies and execution plans.
11. Ability to lead and motivate teams, driving projects forward.
